Adel Hameed is the founder of Exit Builders, a company that prepares businesses for acquisition across MENA and Africa using a proven 6-stage framework. With over 20 years of experience in business development, operations, team building, and scaling international ventures, Adel has founded 9 startups and held key roles at the Bahrain Economic Development Board, working with firms such as McKinsey, Deloitte, and Frost & Sullivan, as well as PayTabs Payment Technologies. He has mentored startups through Techstars, Misk, Flat6 Labs, and other accelerators. Adel authored "SkillUp As You ScaleUp," a practical leadership guide for growing businesses, and offers strategic advice on deal elimination, operational systems, and exit planning. Outside of work, he is a father of four, an avid gardener, and a musician.
