Arun Singh has published four books, which are also known as motivational thrillers of India as they give a goose-bump moment while inspiring you to attain your biggest goals in life. ‘My Pietermaritzburg Moment’, ‘The Strawberry Farm’, 'Aroma of an Old Bakery' and 'My Twisted Love Story' have been published whereas two more books - 'The Cliff Climber' and 'The Lighthouse' will be published in 2022. He has a passion for enriching lives of people in corporates, enterprises and academic institutions with the intention to bring transformation in the way a person or organisation has been thinking and working. He has a strong belief that people and organisations have been working at a fraction of their true potential, and while following a certain process, transformations can be achieved in a short span of time. He is a Human Resource professional and faculty, Author, Motivational speaker, Coach and life-transformation enthusiast. He is a passionate writer and his colleagues often claim that he is one of the best students of life and the Universe. His writings can be found on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. He conducts free webinars whenever he gets time from his busy schedule. He has studied at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and XLRI, Jamshedpur. It was while attending a programme called ‘Identification of Organizational Health, Toxicity and Environment’ (SOOTHE) from IIM Ahmedabad that he realised how toxic the so called suave institutional and corporate world can become unless proactive steps are taken to build the organisational culture. He was adjudged as ’40 Most Talented HR Leaders in India’ by ET Now and World HRD Congress 2013 and ‘101 Best HR Brains in India’ by World HRD Congress in 2019. He lives in Pune and loves inspiring and coaching people, writing, reading, anchoring and singing. He feels that God has given him ‘seeds’ for writing, and this book is the ‘second tree’ from the seed. There are more such ‘trees’ about to grow in months and years to come. He is a social media enthusiast and runs a YouTube channel called ‘Transformed You’ by Arun. This channel has more than 270 videos aimed at creating transformation in the lives of people.
