About Me I was born in Yorkshire and after leaving the army I began contributing stories and articles to the monthly magazines of two Native American charities. With a love of film, I then studied for two years at the London Screenwriters Workshop. My first book, The Time Bandit which I wrote for our first grandchild was published in 2016, followed by a historical novel Shingas a few months later which has been translated into German and Italian. My third book The Conquistadors Horse was published in 2018 and has since been translated into Spanish and Portuguese. Book four, The Letter, which I was inspired to write after reading an account of the Battle of Stalingrad was published in 2021 and has now been translated into German. The inspiration for my next WW2 book entitled A New Beginning came from a screenplay I had writen. The idea for my latest book, Hitler's Child came to me while I was reading an account of Hitler's supposed suicide and the lengths Churchill went to to dispell the rumours that he had somehow survived and escaped. Which has ended up as a blend of fact and fiction. For my next book I have retained the military theme but this time the story is set during WW1 and once again it is a combination of fact and fiction concerning a litle know event which history has somehow forgotten.
