Bjorn Billhardt is the CEO of Abilitie and co-author of The 12-Week MBA. Abilitie’s immersive leadership programs have educated over 100,000 learners across more than 50 countries, including executives and rising leaders at 50+ Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, GE, Marriott, McKinsey, Pfizer, and Southwest. Bjorn has been committed to helping employees hone their business management and leadership skills for more than two decades. Prior to founding Abilitie in 2015, he was the CEO of Enspire, a custom e-learning development company he co-founded in 2001. Earlier in his career, Bjorn worked as a consultant and corporate trainer for a Dutch software company and McKinsey & Company. Bjorn holds a BA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Bjorn lives in Austin, TX with his wife and three boys. He is a native of Hamburg, Germany and came to the US as an exchange student, attending Pflugerville High School outside of Austin, TX.
