Brida Anderson writes Urban Fantasy und Steampunk. Growing up, she spent her afternoons raiding her father’s book shelves and the local library, reading and dreaming about anything with dragons, magic, space ships and fae. When she isn’t busy inventing fantasy creatures and urban adventures drenched in adrenaline, you can find Brida on a mat practicing yoga or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or at one of her attempts to tame her two children and one Arabian kobold—which so far refuses to give up camouflage as a cute cat. Brida’s latest publications include a story for the German Steampunk Chronicles series, a collaboration with author Anja Bagus two anthologies of short stories, and »Hedge Games« and »Poison Patch«, the first two novels in Brida’s Urban Fantasy series ASTORIA FILES.
