At Lowe’s Companies, he is responsible for redesigning the operating core of one of the world’s largest retailers—leading AI, data, store and Pro technologies, robotics-enabled operations, and innovation platforms that power more than 1,750 stores and 300,000 associates. His work is not about deploying AI tools; it is about reengineering the enterprise so intelligence becomes embedded, scalable, and actionable across physical and digital systems.

Over more than two decades, Chandhu has shaped how global organizations harness data, digital platforms, robotics, and emerging technologies—including advances in quantum computing—to create structural advantage. He has led industry-first generative AI deployments at scale, integrated intelligence directly into frontline operations, and driven operating model shifts that move organizations beyond experimentation into enterprise-wide execution. Before Lowe’s, he founded a computer vision AI company serving U.S. retailers and advised on emerging technology investments across Silicon Valley, Boston, and India. He has also held global leadership roles at Staples and Infosys.
