He learned it the hard way. Milander once lost a business he had built over twenty years. It wasn't for lack of faith. It was for lack of systems. His message today is simple: if everything depends on you, it's not a system. It's a burden.

He worked in technology at IBM and as an IT consultant for the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC), and has worked with companies such as Dell, HP and JPMorgan Chase. He has spoken for the Olympic Committees of Colombia, Dom. Rep and Sri Lanka, Northern Essex Community College, OPTIC, and churches across Latin America, and has appeared on radio and television, including Univision, to talk about artificial intelligence and digital marketing.

He builds AI assistants that answer a business's customers in seconds, day or night. He is also the creator of Diario del Líder Cristiano, on Christian leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.

His books include Inteligencia Artificial + Digital Marketing, Facturando Más Rápido: Las 23 Llaves Secretas, Las 21 Llaves para Ganar Almas, and the Monetizing series on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. His new book, Cambia tu Coco, releases November 15, 2026.
