Christoph Glaser is Managing Director of the TLEX Institute, which operates worldwide with 200 trainers. He has trained with his his team more than 500,000 managers and employees to date. For 25 years, he has been teaching the TLEX method for mindful leadership, which includes the triad of resilience, agility and breath-based mindfulness, in over 50 countries worldwide. He combines his experience as an internationally acclaimed trainer and facilitator with a deep understanding of global, socio-economic and political circumstances. Christoph regularly speaks at international conferences, including the United Nations, the European Parliament, the Forbes Summit and the World Bank. As a trainer, consultant and coach in the field of mindset and change, he runs various programmes in the areas of change management, leadership, emotional intelligence and resilience. The centerpiece of his work is the teaching of breath-based mindfulness. His clients include top international corporations, universities and top athletes.
