Craig A. Hart is a bestselling author of thrillers and an award-winning producer of audio dramas. A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, he previously served as the director for the Northern Illinois Radio Information Service, a broadcast outreach providing daily news and information to the visually impaired. Hart is best known for the Shelby Alexander Thriller Series, which launched in 2016 with the hit novel Serenity. The series has since grown to include over a dozen titles, including the recent installments Serenity Divided and the new covert action spin-offs The Balkan Cipher and The Havana Deception. With nearly a million downloads, the series has cemented Hart’s reputation for pulse-pounding action and small-town grit. In 2022, he expanded his literary universe with the Maxwell Barnes Adventure Thriller Series. Beginning with the award-winning Mayan Shadows, the series follows the high-stakes exploits of its titular hero through titles like Mayan Thunder, Tibetan Secrets, and Tibetan Gambit. Hart continues to be a prolific creator, recently launching several new projects including the Onyx Sector spy thrillers (Never Spy Alone) and the Dash Boone Thrillers (The Forbidden Isle). His diverse bibliography also features the literary novel Becoming Moon—a Pinnacle Award winner featured by NPR affiliate Northern Public Radio—and the historical mystery Night at Key West.
