Dane Andrew is a Jamaican thriller author whose novels blend espionage, action, moral ambiguity, and psychological suspense into stories where every decision carries consequences.

By day, Dane works as an accountant. By night, he performs as a professional DJ. Between those two worlds—one built on precision, the other on rhythm—he has spent a lifetime observing people, relationships, ambition, loyalty, and betrayal. Those experiences have become the foundation of his fiction.

His signature protagonist, Adam Emerson, navigates a world where intelligence is often more dangerous than violence, and where surviving means understanding people as much as defeating them.

Dane's journey as a writer began decades ago with an unusual source of inspiration. His mother would occasionally fall asleep while watching television and, upon waking, ask about movies that never actually existed. Fascinated by those imaginary titles, he began inventing stories to match them. One of those ideas eventually evolved into his debut novel, *The Martial Art*.

Today, Dane continues to expand the Adam Emerson universe through novels, short stories, and the Emerson Lineage series, exploring how the choices of one generation shape the lives of the next.
