Danielle Schlagel is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addictions Counselor, and a Registered Play Therapist - Supervisor practicing in Boulder County, Colorado. She writes with warmth, honesty, and humor, pulling from her life, mindfulness practice, and work with women, couples, and families. Selected by the National Board for Certified Counselors, she spent a month in The Kingdom of Bhutan supporting an outpatient counseling center, studied play therapy in the hillsides of Toscana, and developed her love of writing from her love of travel.
