Daphne Rose Kingma, for many years a beloved psychotherapist and relationship guide is the author of a dozen best-selling books about love and relationships that have sold more than a million copies and been translated into sixteen languages. Her flagship book, "Coming Apart, Why Relationships End and How to Live Through the Ending of Yours"—over 250,000 copies in print—has become the classic on ending relationships. It explains why relationships end and offers a hand to hold as you go through this always-painful emotional process. This was followed by an array of books about how to bring true love into your life, how to develop the skills of relationship, the role of personality types in our relationships, as well "The Future of Love" which explores the powerful spiritual aspects of our intimate unions. Daphne is celebrated teacher of relationships whose unique ability to reveal and sort out the emotional nuances that govern--and often undermine--our relationships has given her an international following. She has conducted workshops throughout the United States and in Europe, and was for many years a faculty member at the esteemed Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. In response to an ever-widening epidemic of personal crises, she penned "The Ten Things To Do When Your Life Falls Apart". Winner of the Books for a Better Life Foundation’s Best Spiritual Book of the year, it offers comfort and direction to people (almost all of us this past year) navigating overwhelming life challenges. The book is also available in audio format. Daphne lives in Santa Barbara, California. www.daphnekingma.com
