Donna Nesbitt was born in 1963 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, into a military family. Frequent moves and separations shaped her early life. Growing up, she often felt the strain of instability as she and her siblings were separated multiple times. Fortunately, they were eventually adopted by their aunt and uncle, who provided the love and stability they desperately needed. This newfound family became Donna’s anchor, helping her build a solid foundation for her life.

Despite the challenges of her upbringing, Donna always had a drive to succeed. She pushed herself in various activities in a competitive environment, achieving many milestones. However, it was only when she became a mother that she found her true calling. Raising her four children brought her immense joy but came with challenges.
