Wayne was a co-founder of a leadership development firm and holds a Doctor of Management Degree. He has over 35 years of challenging followership and leadership experiences. He’s held challenging positions such as Associate Professor, Director of Graduate Military Programs (Boston University, Metropolitan College), Associate Dean, Instructor, Lecturer, Adjunct Professor, Outside Director, Thought Leader, NCOIC, Officer in Charge, Commander, and COO. Wayne taught Leadership at the graduate level for over 12 years, helped develop leadership skill-sets for organizations around the nation and hosted a podcast for a year and a half called Affect! The podcast was an intellectual incubator. Guests and callers had the opportunity to exchange ideas, concepts, and thoughts in hopes of influencing and motivating others to action in a positive way.
