Joi Cox is a multi-hyphenate based in Nevada, USA. She is a classically trained dancer, formally educated philosopher, and animal-loving wellness coach. Raised in a military family (Navy + Air Force) and reared primarily in the southern United States, her formative dance training led to 30+ years of performing arts that continues to this day.

After becoming intrigued by existential philosophers in secondary school, Joi proceeded to earn both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the subject. She spent over five years formally teaching critical thinking, ethics, and introductory philosophy to community college students in-person and online.

Today, as a certified personal trainer and registered yoga teacher, Joi guides clients of all ages and ability levels to approach their wellness goals holistically.
