He owns a company where he works as a forest laborer, but even though it requires a lot of time and work his number one priority is being with his family, so balancing work and life is crucial to him. Emil’s book is full of practical strategies and relatable stories, designed to empower parents to achieve emotional resilience as well as balance between work and family life. He believes that everyone has the possibility to achieve their goals and dreams of being better role models for their children with the right guidance and knowledge.
