Emily Chang is a business executive, mom, best-selling author, and speaker who has spent nearly three decades building some of the world’s most admired brands, including P&G, Apple, IHG, and Starbucks.

Emily has coined the phrase and is passionate about Social Legacy, the unique impact each of us can make when we identify where our personal Offer meets our Offense. For Emily, her family has opened their spare room to eighteen young people who had been abused, neglected, or marginalized. When she realized that living into her Social Legacy made her a more intentional and authentic leader, Emily wrote The Spare Room. She has delivered five TEDx talks, and speaks and leads hands-on workshops that help leaders bring their daily choices in line with what matters most.

Today, as founder of Social Legacy LLC, Emily advises CEOs, founders, and executive teams through critical transitions. She is also working on her second book.
