Welcome! My name is Gerlinde Bacher – mother, author, and artist. After a career in sales, my own experiences with depression and anxiety led me to discover new paths through art.

In my autobiographical book (3rd edition on Amazon), I share my journey through burnout to inspire hope and help destigmatize mental health. As a therapeutic element, it features self-designed mandalas for mindful coloring.

I share this healing power of creativity as a volunteer board member and leader of our inclusive VdK art group "Pinselgruppe." Our monthly sessions offer a safe space for mental relief through intuitive painting.

My artwork flows directly into my book projects on Amazon: I design unique, German and English-language journals, notebooks, and planners featuring my original paintings on the covers.

A new web presence for my "Kreativwerkstatt Dharana" is currently in the works. I look forward to connecting with you!
