Greg’s writing connects theory and practice, research and application. He has been published in the top academic journals in his fields and written award-winning books for working professionals. Greg is the co-author of Leading Successful Change: 8 Keys to Making Change Work; Your Job Survival Guide: A Manual for Thriving in Change; American Healthcare & the Consumer Experience: Four Scenarios; and The Phantom Stethoscope: A Field Manual for Finding an Optimistic Future in Medicine.
