Jose Garcia is a Texas-based author with a distinguished professional background spanning over three decades of service with NASA, where he contributed to complex and impactful work that reflects the depth, precision, and authenticity found in his writing. His storytelling is shaped by a lifetime of professional discipline, real-world experience, and a strong foundation in structured, detail-oriented environments.
He also served in the United States Navy (1984–1988, active duty), an experience that further strengthened his sense of purpose, resilience, and commitment. Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Throughout his career and life journey, Jose has developed a passion for storytelling that blends lived experience with imagination and reflection. His writing often draws inspiration from both personal insight and professional exposure, allowing him to create meaningful and engaging narratives for readers.
He is currently building a multi-part book series, with additional volumes already in development following this initial release. This ongoing body of work reflects his commitment to expanding the story world and continuing to develop characters and themes across multiple installments.
On a personal note, Jose is a devoted family man, married to his wife Elda Garcia, and is the father of two adult children, Nicole and Hugo. He has lived most of his life in Texas and continues to draw inspiration from his life, career, and relationships as he develops his work as an author.
