Jaime Roca is a business and management thought leader with over 25 years of experience advising C-suite executives worldwide. He served as General Manager and Executive Committee member at Gartner, where he led large global research, events, and advisory teams, and scaled multiple multi-hundred-million-dollar businesses. He’s advised thousands of Fortune 500 leaders and pioneered new management approaches used to lead stronger teams. While at Gartner, he coauthored The Connector Manager as part of his work at the firm, shaping how organizations think about manager development. He graduated with a degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Duke University.
