Jason W. Davidson is a Professor of Political Science at the University of Mary Washington. He is the author of America's Entangling Alliances (2020), America's Allies and War (2011), The Origins of Revisionist and Status-quo States (2006), and co-author (with Fabrizio Coticchia) of Italian Foreign Policy During Matteo Renzi's government (2019). His articles have appeared in scholarly journals such as Foreign Policy Analysis, the Cambridge Review of International Affairs, Contemporary Security Policy, and Security Studies.
