Jeff Kemp played 11 NFL seasons with the Rams, 49ers, Seahawks, and Eagles. After graduating from Dartmouth, he joined the Rams as an undrafted free agent, becoming the first father-son NFL quarterback duo with his father, Jack Kemp. Jeff experienced triumphs, like Monday Night Football victories, and challenges, like leading a team one Sunday and being released two days later. He discovered his identity is received from God, not earned in performance.

In 1993, Jeff founded Stronger Families to strengthen marriages and families. He later served as a VP at FamilyLife and is a Fatherhood Ambassador for the Fatherhood CoMission. His book, FACING THE BLITZ: Three Strategies for Turning Trials into Triumphs, was released in 2015.

Jeff leads MenHuddle, equipping men for life-giving friendships through speaking and resources like RECEIVE: The Way of Jesus for Men and the free LEVEL 5 FRIENDSHIP PLAYBOOK at MenHuddle.

Jeff and his wife, Stacy, have four married sons, nine grandchildren, and enjoy mentoring couples, skiing, tennis, and pickle-ball.
