I grew up in Tennessee with the woods right outside my back door. Wandering through them gave me a sense of connection to Nature and to a certain Forest God. I'm a Druid in the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids, a member of Ár nDraíocht Féin (ADF), and an active member of the Denton Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPS). I'm a member of the Denton UU Fellowship, where I served two terms as congregational President. I'm a former Vice President of CUUPS Continental. My blog “Under the Ancient Oaks” is part of the Pagan Channel of the multifaith website Patheos. I've been writing, speaking, teaching, and leading public rituals since 2003. I live in the Dallas – Fort Worth area and I work as an engineer in my day job.
