John Beehner is a seasoned entrepreneur, author, mentor, and radio personality who has dedicated nearly 40 years to empowering business leaders and ministry executives. He founded TEC (The Executive Committee) Florida in 1981, today known as Vistage, a platform that allowed him to engage with numerous CEOs of fast-growing small to mid-sized companies. John guided his clients through a round-table process of problem-solving, focusing on quality, service, and profitability. After 13 successful years, he sold the business and established Wise Counsel in 1999 to assist entrepreneurs and ministry executives of faith in balancing their business and spiritual calling. John has authored four books on Christians in the marketplace, including “True Wealth by the Book” and “The Untold Secret that Creates True Wealth.” These books highlight the experiences of pioneers and icons such as J.C. Penney, Sam Walton, Mary Kay, and Conrad Hilton. He has also created a video-based training series titled ‘How and Why Good Business Creates True Wealth,’ which is filled with inspiring stories and examples of individuals who were motivated by their faith to build successful companies. In 2021, John published “The Rock Solid Leadership Blueprint,” which focuses on building a business on Biblical principles. The book features over 50 experts and resources to help and inspire leaders to implement the 7 Cornerstones of a Solid Foundation. John is highly respected in the Christian business community and has hosted two radio shows, sharing his insights and experiences with his audience. John Beehner’s dedication to guiding entrepreneurs and ministry leaders towards success, while integrating faith and business, has made him a respected figure in the industry.
