John O’Sullivan is the Founder of the Changing the Game Project and the host of the Way of Champions Podcast. He travels the globe providing coach education, parent engagement, and leadership training for athletes in sports as diverse as golf, soccer, lacrosse, Aussie rules football, rugby, swimming, and beyond. He is a sought-after consultant and presenter, having worked with organizations such as the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee, US Lacrosse, US Youth Soccer, USA Wrestling, USA Swimming, USA Football, Little League, Ireland Rugby, Australian Rugby League, US Sailing, US Ski and Snowboard, and many other schools and youth sports organizations. John is the co-founder of the Way of Champions Transformational Coaching Conference and is on the National Advisory Board for the Positive Coaching Alliance, the National Association of Physical Literacy, and Blaze Sports.
