John Wilson has been a counselor, mentor, and pastor for many decades. He has been married to his wife, Ramona, for almost 50 years.

John has always been a dreamer and storyteller. His love for people and God’s creation has shaped much of his life and filled his heart. After coming out of darkness and into the Light of God, he has traveled the world sharing the Good News.

His extensive work with people has given him profound insights into the process of personal and spiritual transformation. These spiritual insights—“gold nuggets,” as he calls them—are woven throughout the pages of A Forbidden Journey.

John has two children, three grandchildren, and many spiritual sons and daughters, all of whom he treasures. He has lived in Indiana his entire life.
