Alongside leading patient care and operational services, she now contributes to the strategic development and future direction of fertility and reproductive healthcare services, helping shape innovation, policy and patient experience at a systems level.

Having also experienced aspects of the fertility journey personally and within her own family, Jules brings a rare combination of professional expertise and lived understanding to her work. Known for her warmth, honesty and patient-centred approach, she has supported thousands of individuals and couples through some of the most emotional moments of their lives.
