When Jyoti dropped out of school at the age of 15 to become a full-time writer, teachers couldn’t imagine they’d be inviting him back two years later to speak as a bestselling author. Jyoti Guptara is a speaker and business storytelling expert who has helped organisations and leaders on five continents experience more success with less stress. His current focus is leadership storytelling, creating organizational story banks, and virtual reality storytelling. Jyoti is the author of three fantasy novels, a book on business storytelling, a business biography, and a thriller (co-authored with Oxford University writer in residence Davis Bunn, aka Thomas Locke). Schweizer Illustrierte magazine counted Jyoti among the “100 Most Important Swiss” and the County of Los Angeles awarded him a Scroll of Honour for Special Services to the County for philanthropy, literary achievement, and inspiring other young people. Jyoti has been a Writer in Residence at various places, such as Palomar5, a Telekom-sponsored innovation incubator in Berlin, Germany; at St Stephen's College of Delhi University, India; of the City of Stein am Rhein, Switzerland; and as the first Novelist-in-Residence at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, a UN partner organisation. www.guptara.com
