Karolina Pelc is a founder, investor and keynote speaker whose non-linear career spans two decades across the global gaming and technology sectors. She began her professional life as a casino dealer before progressing into senior leadership roles, including serving as a board director of a publicly listed technology company, and later founding BeyondPlay, a B2B engagement software business.
In 2024, BeyondPlay was acquired by Fanduel, part of Flutter Entertainment, home to the biggest gaming brands in the world, less than three years after its founding. Karolina led the company as CEO, then supported post-acquisition product integration and strategic expansion in her role of Vice President.
Alongside her executive work, Karolina works with VC's, invests in and advises founders and leadership teams on growth strategy, product development, and M&A. She regularly delivers keynotes on leadership, innovation, reframing risk, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
Her debut business memoir, Her Play, was first unveiled on Necker Island at an event attended by Richard Branson. Through her writing and speaking, Karolina explores how ambition, resilience, and confidence are formed over time, drawing on a personal mindset framework shaped by lived experience, and examining how entrepreneurial success is often built long before it becomes visible.
