Hi there! I'm Katie Quinn, I'm an author, food journalist, YouTuber, podcaster, and host. I create and present educational entertainment that brings truth to my theory: there's a story to be told everywhere, and I believe food connects people! I post videos to my YouTube Channel (which has 5 million views), and my slogan is #keepitquirky because I think life is more enjoyable if you don’t take yourself too seriously! You may have caught me talking about food on NBC's Today Show, as a contestant on the Food Network's 'Chopped' or as a judge on 'Beat Bobby Flay.' I attended Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris and am WSET certified (Level 2). Before starting the QKatie brand, I worked for NBC, Serious Eats, and NowThis News. I'm the author of "Cheese, Wine, and Bread: Discovering the Magic of Fermentation in England, Italy, and France," published by William Morrow HarperCollins (2021) and the "Avocados" cookbook, published by Short Stack Editions (2017). After 10 years working in the media industry in NYC, I've been living in London for 3 years.
