Kemikaze is a pen name. The eye is the face. The books are the part that matters.

I've been consuming stories my whole life—books, shows, games, all of it. Eventually I stopped wanting the next story and started wanting to tell my own.

I wanted to write a smart character who is actually smart. Not a "genius" who guesses the impossible, wins every gamble, or looks clever because everyone else is an idiot. That's plot armor with a vocabulary.

My rule is simple: if a character is smart, you get to watch the smart happen. The setup is on the page. The read of the room is on the page. When the move lands, you can look back and see every piece of it.

That rule built *The Scheming God*, a dark fantasy with a cold streak of humor.

My other rule? It has to be fun. I want the kind of story that keeps you reading at 2 a.m., promising yourself one more chapter.

The genres may change. The pen name won't. The books are what matter.
