A mother of two grown sons, Lisa draws strength and perspective from her own experiences, especially the resilience gained through overcoming chronic pain and undergoing multiple back surgeries. Writing became a new chapter in her life, allowing her to share personal stories with honesty, strength, and clarity. When she's not writing, Lisa enjoys spending time in nature, staying active, and connecting with friends and family.
