Before transitioning to the tech industry, she led customer service teams at top advertising agencies like Leo Burnett, McCann Erickson, and BBDO, where she helped world-famous brands achieve new levels of success. Now, as Managing Partner at Catalyst Consulting, Maria focuses on consulting, sales training, and executive coaching, specializing in building high-performance teams and driving commercial results. Her first book, The Work Smarter Guide to Sales, was published in June 2024, achieving significant success. Currently, Maria is working on her second book, dedicated to people management, which is set to be published at the end of 2025.
