Mason is the co-author of several acclaimed books on inclusive leadership, including The Inclusion Dividend, SET for Inclusion, and The Golden Apple. His latest work, The Parenthood Advantage: Building Corporate Cultures That Value Working Parents, reframes parenthood as a powerful leadership incubator rather than a professional pause. Drawing on research and stories from hundreds of working parents, the book shows how skills honed through caregiving—such as empathy, resilience, prioritization, and adaptability—can strengthen organizations and drive performance. Mason’s consulting and speaking engagements have reached audiences worldwide, from corporate boardrooms to industry conferences, where he explores the business case for inclusion and the human skills that fuel innovation. He holds a Master’s in International Business from Webster University in the Netherlands and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Mary Washington in Virginia.
