Mike Abrams joined the Marine Corps following the September 11th attacks and served on active-duty for eight years including a deployment to eastern Afghanistan with an infantry company as an artillery forward observer. After leaving active-duty, Mike attended New York University's Stern School of Business, graduating with an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. While in business school, Mike founded an organization called FourBlock (fourblock.org), which helps bridge the gap between returning service members and the business community. The program focuses on providing professional development to transitioning veterans and connecting them with executives in the business community. Mike is also an adjunct professor at Fordham University where he teaches a career transition leadership seminar.
