Michael Rabinowitz is a business executive who has spent over thirty years driving growth and value for companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to startups as small as 25 employees. He has held C-suite, consulting, and leadership roles in strategy, marketing, sales, finance, and business development, in the US and globally.

Within those roles, Michael has successfully launched billion-dollar products, turned around struggling businesses, developed innovative programs that transformed industry practice, and partnered with private and public industry leaders to advance healthcare around the world.

His book, Win Via Trust, won a Silver Award in the Nonfiction Book Awards from the Nonfiction Authors Association. It has earned praise from Kirkus Reviews as offering “notably valuable and tangible strategies” and was called “timely, exceptional, and unreservedly recommended” by the Midwest Book Review.

Michael is Founder and Principal of Intelluvia LLC, which advises biotech and medtech CEOs in strategy and partnering.

He also hosts the Win Via Trust Leadership Podcast, a bi-weekly show on Spotify, YouTube, and other podcast platforms. Each episode explores a guest’s leadership journey and the practical ways they earn and keep trust, with guests ranging from an Emmy-winning NBC News meteorologist and a former Navy commander to a federal budget policy expert and a French pastry chef and entrepreneur. Every conversation closes with one practical step listeners can take that week to build more trust with their teams.

Michael writes The Trust Lens, a free newsletter that explores current leadership challenges and best practices from the perspective of trust.

He has been a keynote speaker and invited guest at conferences in several countries, typically focusing on leadership and business strategy.

Michael holds an MBA from The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a BA summa cum laude from Northwestern University. He has also participated in executive programs at Harvard Business School and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Active in his community, Michael serves as President of the Bucks County Community College Foundation and has served on several other nonprofit boards. He coached youth basketball and soccer for over a decade and supported his local Boy Scouts chapter in multiple roles.

These professional and community experiences have given Michael deep expertise in trust and leadership, which he shares through his writing, speaking, and advising.
