Molly hosts the popular Say It Skillfully podcast and video series and is a TEDx speaker and member of Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches. She serves on the boards of several privately-held companies and the Cornell Engineering College Council. She holds a BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from UCLA with a focus on entrepreneurship.

In her downtime, Molly enjoys tennis, yoga and cooking with family and friends.
