She facilitates workshops and delivers speaking engagements that leave her participants changed. She creates an experiential learning environment unlike any other in an action-packed, engaging and fun delivery style that equips listeners in a memorable way. She believes strongly that the time participants spend with her should result in new perspectives and skill development. Nina left a leadership position in the largest training corporation in the world to write and deliver courses for people of faith at a fraction of the cost of what the same high caliber of training goes for in the marketplace. She has seen over 95 percent of the participants grow in their relationship with God and others, and increase their confidence. Nina has over 20 years in the communications and training industry. She has coached numerous executives, managers, individuals, wives, church staffs and pastors around the country and currently provides leadership for Greater Impact Ministries. Nina currently speaks to many different demographics on various topics. Her favorite two workshops are: Raise the Bar! A Public Speaking Workshop Deflating Defensiveness - Overcoming Conflict in a Whole New Way Nina has extensive training and coaching experience both with corporate business and faith-based organizations/churches. Nina's executive-level management and training skills help her equip others to be of excellent service to their own organizations. She has written and delivered training for the largest and most successful international training organization in the world and brings that experience to her workshops and talks.
