Dr Ike helps small businesses achieve quality customer relations in line with their mission and core values. He also helps small businesses structure their systems and strategy.

As a Communications Researcher, Dr Ike has published a number of articles in local and international journals. He has also participated in some local and international conferences.

Nwakerendu holds a doctorate degree in Mass Communications from Covenant University. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations and Nigeria Institute of Management.
