Paul Betschart (born 1963) has been intensively involved in personal development, spiritual growth and holistic healing since the age of 18. Due to his own traumatic childhood experiences, he has tried out a variety of healing methods on himself and experienced great changes in the process. He trained as a counsellor and body therapist and later as an energetic healer. He has acquired extensive knowledge to support other people on their healing journey. Paul Betschart combines deep spiritual knowledge with practical healing methods to help those affected to transform old injuries and rediscover their inner strength. He is passionate about guiding people who want to both free themselves from the effects of childhood trauma and strengthen their connection to their spiritual essence.
