Phil's newest project is a book of research interviewing serial killers with his wife, Wendi, face-to-face on death row. They are delving into the childhoods, psyches, crimes and cycles of victimization of the killers. Besides law enforcement and school trainings, their training now branches into the faith-based sector, speaking to students at youth groups, parent church groups, and an entire Sunday address to the church congregation.
