Biography Philip Permutt Philip Permutt author The Crystal Healer, crystal and meditation teacher and Reiki Master. Philip Permutt Philip is "Britain's leading crystal expert" (Daily Mail), The Crystal Healer, a crystal healer, and teacher. Described by the Daily Express as a "Bonefide crystal expert"; he is the author of the internationally acclaimed best selling books The Crystal Healer, The Crystal Healer: Volume 2, Crystal Tips and Cures, The Book of Crystal Grids, The Complete Guide to Crystal Chakra Healing, Crystal Reiki Healing, The Crystal Tarot (book and card set), My Crystal Guide (with Nicci Roscoe), The Little Pocket Book of Crystal Tips & Cures, The Little Pocket Book of Crystal Chakra Healing, The Little Pocket Book of Crystal Healing, Sacred Stones and Crystals (with Lyn Palmer) (all published by Cico Books). Philip also has an honours degree in Applied Biology from London University. Philip's Crystal Clinic with Philip Permutt a monthly column for Take a Break's Fate and Fortune magazine ran for 10 years and his articles have been published in Positive Health, Prediction, Natural Health, Spirit & Destiny, Paradigm Shift and High Spirit Magazines, electronically and in journals. He has written booklets for several of Paradise Music’s CD releases and has compiled, edited and published The Dawning (magazine) for which he has written many articles and columns. He also runs a successful retail and wholesale business importing crystals from around the world. Since "discovering" meditation on an extended trip to the Far East in the late1970’s, Philip has practiced and researched many types of meditation from different cultures around the world leading to a unique eclectic practice of his own. He currently runs a monthly Crystal New Moon Meditation and has taught meditation and led many regular open meditation groups at the shop and healing centre he founded in St Albans, England. He has practised and taught many healing techniques including: crystal healing, Reiki, Taoist healing, Shamanic healing, past-life regression and soul retrieval and he is also a psychic and medium, working loosely with his spirit guides.
