I’m Rob Campbell a retired Army Colonel, turned author, speaker and executive leadership coach. I have over 27 years experience leading organizations ranging in size from 24 to 5,000 people. My life’s core purpose: “To make a difference in the lives of others through optimistic leadership.” I do this through writing, speaking and coaching. I believe that by connecting with and leading people in very personal ways organizations will soar. I continue to serve veterans and their amazing spouses as the Executive Director of VETtoCEO, veteran entrepreneurship program. I help veterans as they navigate their own transition from service.
