When he was 12 years old, Ron Dimon's older brother Bob brought home a high-school assignment involving computer punch cards. Ron has been involved in information technology ever since. From the Commodore PET, the TRS-80 and the original IBM-PC, to teaching classmates programming, he joined Deloitte Haskins + Sells in 1981 as one of the first microcomputer analysts and consultants. Ron has been working in Enterprise Systems and Processes now for over 30 years He helps clients design and implement their Enterprise Performance Management solution roadmaps and business practices to wring value out of their technology investments. He has been involved as a contributor or editor to five books and his first solo book is Enterprise Performance Management Done Right.
