Hi, I am Rosie Nice. I have been coaching and training coaches for over 25 years, and I have always been fascinated by the extraordinary results coaching can achieve. I have devoted my career to helping others realise their hidden potential, supporting individuals, teams and organisations to achieve excellence, and enabling coaches and managers to become confident, competent, qualified and successful. We offer a range of coaching services based around the MAGIC Methodology outlined in my book, and run a programme called The MAGIC of Coaching which helps organisations, teams and individuals benefit from the transformative effects of a coaching culture.
