Sacha Hughes has been featured in Woman’s Own magazine, where she shared how writing became a powerful part of her healing journey.

She graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Business Studies before spending ten years working in financial services recruitment in London. Her debut novel, Love, Grief & More Sex Than Pinot, draws inspiration from aspects of her own life and the misadventures of her twenties. Her journey from self-sabotage to self-love continues to shape her fiction, podcasts and public speaking.

The second novel in the Soho Summers series, Soho Summers vs Love, Life, The Universe, will be published in early 2027.

Sacha writes from her kitchen table in Poole, Dorset, fuelled by strong coffee, Common Roots cacao, daily meditation and the occasional pinot grigio with close friends. She lives with her two treasured children, Rose and Cato, and their much-adored (and decidedly entitled) black-and-white cat, Pickle. That is, until a mischievous little black kitten, Zuma, arrived and promptly promoted himself to Chief Editor.
