I am … • A Learner. I am both my best and most stubborn student. • A psychologist –through and through. I’ve always been interested in people–what makes them tic and not-tic. I have collaborated with clients for their mental and relational health for almost 35 years. • An organizational consultant. For over 20 years, I have worked with executives and their teams to help them break through to higher levels of performance. Along with speaking, it is probably the favorite thing that I do (for work). • An author – I fancy myself more of a thought leader than a writer. My role as author is almost inseparable for my role as … • A teacher/speaker/facilitator. I am never more alive than when I am interacting with an audience (I prefer participants). When I took the Strength Finder’s test, one of my top three strengths was “Communicator.” The Strengths Finders report states that “people who are especially talented in the Communication theme generally find it easy to put their thoughts into words. They are good conversationalists and presenters … ” In order for me to be true to my “dharma,” I have to communicate my ideas through speaking and writing.
