Sara Fromm spent 22 years in corporate accounting before choosing a different kind of life. After losing her father, ending a long-term relationship, and finally listening to the quiet voice she had been silencing for years, she walked away from survival mode and started over.

She is the founder of Freedom Path Solutions, where she creates hypnosis audio recordings to help women shift the subconscious patterns keeping them stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from themselves. She also hosts a community for women who are done surviving and ready to come home to who they actually are.

Finding Stillness is her first book.

Sara lives in Portland, Oregon with her dog Kobe. She is still figuring it out, one quiet step at a time.
