**Sascha Ansahl – Author and Seminar Facilitator**

Since 2009, Sascha Ansahl has been guiding people through seminars, individual sessions, and meditation. His work centres on forgiveness, reconciliation, and turning towards God. His seminars also explore life energy and mediumship.

A particular focus of his work is helping people deepen their connection with God and discover mysticism as a living experience within their own hearts.

His personal journey has been shaped by mystical experiences that profoundly changed his outlook on life. A deep sense of inner connection with God became the foundation of his work today.

He has studied Christian writings and the Bhagavad Gita extensively. Several journeys have taken him to the Himalayas, where he followed in the footsteps of Indian and Buddhist saints.

Through his work, he supports people in exploring their fears and inner attachments and discovering paths towards greater clarity, freedom, and peace. Forgiveness holds particular significance for him: the willingness to acknowledge past hurts and open the way to reconciliation with oneself and others.

In his books and seminars, Sascha Ansahl brings together personal experience and the study of spiritual traditions. He is especially interested in how their insights can become part of everyday life. He leads seminars in various countries across Europe.
